Analytics for an event

How one event is doing, from the first visit to the finished meeting.

The short version

The Analytics tab of an event shows figures for that event only. The same screens exist for all your events under Analytics in the sidebar. It has two views, Bookings and Traffic.

Choosing the period

Choose the period at the top right: the last 24 hours, 7, 14, 30 or 90 days, or 6 or 12 months. The refresh button next to it loads the latest figures. Each figure is compared with the period before it when there is one to compare with.

The Bookings view

  • Scheduled: bookings made in the period.
  • Completed, Canceled and Rescheduled: what became of them.
  • Cancellation rate: the share of meetings due in the period that were canceled.
  • Median notice: how far ahead people typically book.
  • People: different people who booked. Hours met: the length of the meetings marked completed.

Under the figures, Coming up counts confirmed meetings in the next 7 and 30 days. The charts show bookings per day, when meetings happen by weekday and hour, how far ahead people book, who canceled and why, the people who book you most, and the locations they chose.

The Traffic view

Traffic follows the visitors of your booking page: how many came, how many were new or returning, how many booked, and how that compares. Further down you see where visitors came from, the pages and campaigns they arrived through, and their languages.

A QR code or link button with Count scans or Count visits switched on tags its link, so those visits show up as campaigns here. See the QR code and link button articles.

FAQ

Q

Why does a figure say that nothing can be compared?

There is nothing in the period before to compare with, for example for a new event.
Q

Do bookings I made for a client count?

Yes. They count as bookings and are marked as made by you.
Q

Why is Traffic empty?

Traffic fills as people visit your booking page. A new event starts at zero, and a quiet period shows empty charts.
