The short version
Select an event in your list and its page opens. At the top is the header with its buttons, under it the tabs. This guide sums them all up and points you to the article for each one.
The header
The header shows the event, whether it is active and who can book it, its length, location and when it was made. The buttons are:
- Copy link copies the public link of the event, and View page opens it.
- Edit opens the editor for the event's settings.
- The three dots offer Duplicate, Privacy and the Accepting bookings switch, which pauses the event without deleting it.
When you scroll down, a slim bar with the event and page name stays at the top, with the same buttons as small icons, so they are always in reach.
The tabs
- Bookings: requests, upcoming and past meetings, notes, exports and booking for a client. See The Bookings tab.
- Attendees: the people who booked, with private notes and tags. See The Attendees tab.
- Analytics: bookings and traffic of this event. See Analytics for an event.
- QR Code: a code that opens the booking page. See The QR code tab.
- Embed Code: the booking page inside your website. See The Embed code tab.
- Link Button: a button that opens the booking page. See The Link button tab.
- Single use links: a link for one person, and what became of it. See Single use links.
Who can book
Choose Privacy in the three dots menu, or the visibility next to the event's name. Public events are listed on your profile and anyone can book them. Hidden events are not listed, but anyone with the link can still book them. Private events cannot be booked by anyone, which suits an event you are still preparing.
If the event asks for approval, new bookings arrive as requests. See Approving booking requests.
Changing how it works
Everything about when and how people can book is set in the editor behind Edit: times, lengths, notice, limits, approval and cancel rules. See Availability and scheduling settings.
